Boldy James made a splash earlier this year when he dropped Trapper's Alley 2. Now he drops "Trouble in the Neighborhood" two weeks after dropping "Golden Empire," perhaps he is gearing up for another mixtape?
On "Trouble in the Neighborhood," Boldy and his pal Peechie Green flip the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme song into a catchy hook. On the production side, Geno XO deploys that Grover Washington-ish synth characteristic of G-funk, but his beat is more frantic than most G-funk, as if some shit has literally just gone down in the neighborhood.
Boldy has a prolific output of videos, don't be surprised if he drops the "Trouble In The Neighborhood" soon.
Quotable Lyrics
Behind smoke grey tints cuz they know my face
I'm in the low key whip with them OT plates
Taking OT trips, been through 14 states
Bust 14 scrips, that'll last 14 days
