Big Sean called into Whoo Kid's "The Whoolywood Shuffle" to wish the host a happy birthday. Never one to pass up an opportunity to get the latest exclusives, Whoo proceeded to interview Sean about his upcoming project.
To start off, Whoo and company get to asking about Sean's latest hit "I Don't Fuck With You." Confirming that the song isn't aimed at anyone in particular despite rumors, Sean reaffirmed that it's about anyone who happens to get on his bad side. "It goes to a lot of people," he began. "Who ever I don't fuck with, I still don't fuck with you."
Despite the aggression behind his latest leaks, Sean confirms that he's at a good point in his life and relatively happy with all things personal and business. He does confirm, however, that his upcoming album will feature similarly personal, potentially dark music.
"I try different things all of the time, and I think this one is just more intense," he explained. "I think the raps are at a higher level... it's going to be a bit darker than the last one, but it's gonna be good though... It's almost ready."
When pressed for a release date, Sean said his third studio album should arrive in stores toward the end of this year or early 2015, additionally confirming that his G.O.O.D. Music label head Kanye West would be making an appearance.
