It's been ten years since Outkast released their last album. While Andre 3000 has stayed out of the public eye, flitting into view long enough to drop a guest verse once every three months, Big Boi has released three solo projects: Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty, Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors, and 2015 Big Grams collaborative EP with Phantogram.
Yesterday, on MLK Day, he took to Instagram to announce that he has completed his third solo album.
"We start our albums on MLK Day, but this year, we're finishing a record on MLK Day," he told the camera. "Very significant. Can't wait to let you hear."
Big Boi has confirmed that Gucci Mane will be on the album. Stay tuned for more information.
