August Alsina says he'll still "gladly beat his goofy ass."

There looks to be a little R&beef going back down. Earlier today, Trey Songz paid a visit to the Breakfast Club to promote his newly released Tremaine album, and while there he addressed some of his sticky relationships with Nicki Minaj, Drake, and August Alsina.

During one particular part of the interview, Trigga was asked whether he would ever physically fight his rivals. “August was talking crazy a couple years ago and I ain’t want to fight. I don’t want to fight,” responded Trey. “I want to get some money…There’s other people who got problems with me that I ain’t even address. I don’t want to fight nobody. That don’t prove nothing.”

Well it turns out August Alsina wasn’t a fan of Trigga’s comments this morning, and clapped back this evening on Instagram with a few words of his own. His caption read:

“When ni**as mention yo name in a interview talking bout catching fades but you already offered several fades years ago and will STILL gladly beat his goofy ass & then be cool later 🙂😒 @treysongz @breakfastclubam #NeverTalkingCrazyAlwaysTalkingTRUTH.Stretch before you reach next time nigxa! And don't mention my name. (Back to the Real World, where real problems exist.) ✌🏽️”

The two’s beef dates back to 2014, when August said in an interview with Rap-Up… “I don’t really fuck with Trey right now. We don’t get along right now,” and while they have looked to moved on, it appears all hasn't been forgotten.

Check out August’s IG post (below), and let us know if you think he’s overreacting or does he have a reason to be upset?
