Montreal's Ana Log is back with another strange stream of consciousness. This time, his cryptic flows are delivered over the instrumental to Atmosphere's "GodLovesUgly," off the duo's fan-favorite album of the same name. Ana Log's rework arrives shortly after Atmosphere released Fishing Blues, their first album since 2014. Ana Log's "GodLovesUgly" keeps in the spirit of the original, as he finds enjoyment in expressing all the disorder he sees around him. The words start to unfold randomly, with a number of well-thought-out punchlines providing some cohesion to his visions. Along the way, he delves into a few interesting inquiries, including one on addiction.
Last month, Ana Log rapped over another GodLovesUgly track, "Lovelife." Listen here.
