Lord have mercy.

The Alchemist has clearly been feeling spiritual of late, and the producer has decided to continue that pattern in his upcoming musical direction. After 2014's The Good Book, Alc & Budgie have teamed up to once flip samples from exclusively religious music. We can assume that hymns, gospel, and choir are all fair game, but it will be interesting to see if Alchemist & Budgie go in any unexpected directions.

The production duo have tapped a massive list of artists for The Good Book Volume 2, and 2DopeBoyz provided a complete list:

Mobb Deep, Royce 5’9, Westside Gunn & Conway, Mach Hommy, Meyhem Lauren, Durag Dynasty, Big Twins, Action Bronson, Big Body Bes, Your Old Droog, Evidence, Olivier The 2nd, Jeremiah Jae, Buddy, Emmavie, Chris O’Bannon, Joyce Wright, Jay Worthy, Traffic, Dreebo, Sulaiman, Nyku, Remy Banks, Chuck Inglish, Nasty Nigel and Joyce Wrice.

Is this something you might be into? Either way, you can check out the Action Bronson & Big Body Bes cut "Brother Jedidiah," the first single off the project.
