Action Bronson latest culinary adventures finds him in his native NYC, where he tries pressed duck for the first time. The adventure goes down at Daniel, the flagship restaurant of French chef Daniel Boulud in the Upper East Side.
Who knew, but pressed duck takes five days to prepare. Bronson gets to go to the kitchen to take part in some of the preparations, which includes burning the raw-ass duck and letting the duck marinate in a bag of wine for three to four days.
Apart from tasting the pressed duck, Bronson gets to sample a few other dishes from Boulud. Watch above.
