Both Ab-Soul and Isaiah Rashad have been noticeably absent from our lives. TDE definitely embraces the motto, "quality over quantity," often taking their time between project releases. Since Soulo's These Days... and the accompanying tour, the rapper has laid low-key, however he took to his not-often-used Instagram last night to throw up a photo of himself and Isaiah Rashad, hinting at a collaboration to come. Isaiah Rashad has been equally absent since his debut, Cilvia Demo in 2014.
Along with the photo of the two TDE signees (possibly in the studio, it's hard to tell), Ab wrote, "Buildin wit young @isaiahrashad . . . Stay tuned . . ."
We will definitely "stay tuned." Peep the Instagram post below. If you missed Ab-Soul's "47 Bars" from February, listen here. We also stacked up all the Black Hippy rappers for an edition of "Who Had The Better Verse" on Monday.
