With Power being one the best shows on TV, 50 Cent is getting his try at another original series, but this time its online rather on television. According to Billboard, the G-Unit founder will be executive producing a new show called “The Oath” for the online provider Crackle.
The 10-episode season, which will be about real-life gang culture and how the organizations are ran, is written by former L.A. Sheriff’s deputy Joe Haplin.
“I am very excited to be partnering with Sony Pictures Television Networks and Crackle,” said 50 Cent. “To be able to bring this story to life is something I'm looking forward to and Joe Halpin’s personal experience will make this unlike anything that's been seen before.”
In addition to that, 50 Cent will also be executive producing another hour-long drama on Crackle called RPM. This series is reportedly about a car salesman who turns to a life of crime in order to help his family’s financial struggles.
There's no word yet as for when either of those will be airing, but we'll be sure to keep you posted once more info surfaces.
