50 Cent has filed documents for chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Definitely wasn't expecting this news. 50 Cent, according to the Wall Street Journal, has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy.

The businessman and rapper has had his hands in multiple ventures, which he has not been shy in promoting any way possible-- namely by adding their hashtags to the end of everything he posts on social media. Effen Vodka and Frigo underwear were the most recent moves from the rapper, however it looks like they aren't making ends meet for Fif. This news comes on the heels of a judge order for 50 to pay Rick Ross' baby mama $5 million in emotional damages, as well as his own SMS Promotions company filing for bankruptcy.

In court papers filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Hartford, Connecticut, 50 stated that his current assets and debts range from $10 million to $50 million.

Do you think this is some sort of calculated move on 50's part? We'll keep you posted on the story as it develops.
