When it was reported that 2 Chainz only charge after last week's tour bus incident was "obstruction of an officer," it seemed like the rapper's vehicle must have been clean. This couldn't be farther from the truth.
In case you're not up on the story, Tity's tour bus was pulled over last week in OKC for a broken tail light. When the cops smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle, they attempted to board the bus to investigate. 2 Chainz and his entourage refused to let them on the bus, and the vehicle was towed into a police yard, where it was later searched after obtaining a search warrant. Until now, we had no information on the results of the search.
According to new police documents, Tity 2 Necklace had quite a few contraband items aboard his bus. TMZ reports that police found "metal marijuana grinders covered in residue, marijuana pipes, Rx meds (Hydrocodone and Flexeril), rolling papers, scales, a semi-auto Sig Sauer SP2340 pistol, a Mossberg model 500 12-gauge pump-action shotgun, and a semi-auto Glock pistol."
So far, no drugs or weapons charges have been filed.
